Aquarelle - "Purple Rose"

Finally, I finished my Purple Rose. This is the very first time that I was really careful with the details of my painting. I'm starting to notice the unnecessary lines and really took the time to smudge them one by one. I'm becoming a perfectionist lately. -.- But I'm happy with this purple rose. I invested more time painting it compared to the previous ones that I did. By the way, this is the first time that I tried using the angular brush. I used it to shade my background. :)
PAPER : Strathmore 400 Series (11 X 15 in)
COLORS:
ROSE :  Purple Lake
ROSE BUDS AND LEAVES : Olive Green, Sap Green and Purple Lake
